About the Role
As our first Senior Growth Lead, you will own the end-to-end strategy for converting website visitors into paying customers. You’ll conceive, execute, and iterate on data-driven experiments and growth initiatives across our homepage, pricing pages, account-creation flow, and beyond. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer that demands a balance of analytical rigor and creative flair.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the Growth Funnel: Oversee the entire acquisition funnel from website visit to paid sign-up. Continuously optimize the homepage, pricing page, account-creation flow, and other key user touchpoints.
• Lifecycle Marketing: Develop targeted email, SMS, and in-app messaging campaigns to drive user engagement and trial-to-paid conversions
• Content Creation & Optimization: Partner with marketing to produce high-quality, conversion-focused content (e.g., landing pages, blog posts, videos) that resonates with our target audience.
• Growth Strategies: Identify and execute new growth channels and tactics. Partner with leadership to develop quarterly and long-term plans for sustained expansion.
• A/B Testing & Experimentation: Design, implement, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion and user engagement.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to generate actionable insights. Report regularly on KPIs such as conversion rates and funnel metrics to guide strategic decisions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and customer success to ensure cohesive strategies and consistent brand messaging.
What We’re Looking For
• Growth Marketing Experience: 3+ years in a growth-focused role, ideally at an early-stage or scaling startup. Must be able to directly demonstrate how your work resulted in high-impact growth in users and revenue.
• Fast-Paced & Agile: Comfortable iterating quickly, testing new ideas, and moving fast to capture growth opportunities.
• Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to conduct experiments, analyze complex data sets, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with tools such as Webflow, Customer.io, HubSpot, Zapier, and/or Make; bonus points for comfort with SQL or similar data query languages.
• Strong Writer & Communicator: Demonstrated ability to create compelling marketing content, including landing pages, email campaigns, and marketing copy that converts
• Remote Collaboration: Track record of successfully working in a remote environment, prioritizing tasks effectively, leading projects, and communicating proactively with distributed teams.
Nice to Have
• Experience Marketing to SMBs: Particularly if you’ve marketed to professional services (e.g., law firms, accountants) or home services (e.g. roofers, plumbers, etc.)
