The Role

We are seeking a FP&A Manager who thrives in high-growth SaaS environments. This role is responsible for leading core financial planning and analysis functions, developing and maintaining forecasting models, and ensuring leadership has visibility into key performance metrics. You will play a central role in helping shape strategic decisions by providing accurate, actionable insights.

The role will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and product teams to analyze performance, model outcomes, and guide planning. This position reports directly to the VP of Finance.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain dynamic financial models for revenue, expenses, headcount, and cash flow.

• Lead annual and quarterly forecasting cycles, including scenario modeling for growth initiatives.

• Analyze budget vs. actuals and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.

• Own company-wide SaaS metric definitions (MRR, CAC, LTV, churn, NRR) and ensure consistent reporting.

• Deliver clear, data-driven insights for board and investor reporting packages.

• Partner with GTM and product leadership to connect operational performance to financial outcomes.

• Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover drivers of growth, retention, and margin expansion.

• Present financial and operational insights to C-level executives and department leaders.

What We're Looking For

• 5–8 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or related roles in SaaS or high-growth tech.

• Experience at a high-growth company with significant 8 figure recurring revenue.

• Proven track record supporting at least a Series B fundraise; Series C or later experience strongly preferred.

• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills, including scenario and sensitivity analysis.

• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and unit economics.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

• High attention to detail, with a focus on data accuracy and reliability.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms for pipeline analysis.

• Experience with product-led growth funnels and customer journey analytics.
